How The Network Is Built

Four steps between a tow company and a network provider

The gap between "listed" and "reliable" is the whole reason this company exists.

  1. Step 1

    Discovery

Operators are identified by corridor, metro and county, with equipment and service classes recorded.

  2. Step 2

    Verification

Insurance, registration, W-9 and a verification call. Carriers are checked against federal motor carrier records where applicable.

  3. Step 3

    Activation

Rates agreed by service. Coverage radius and hours set. The provider gets portal access and a first dispatch.

  4. Ongoing

    Performance

Answer rate, ETA accuracy, on-scene conduct and paperwork tracked on every job. Providers who fail are moved to a do-not-dispatch list with the reason recorded.

Where coverage sits

Density follows demand. Corridors and metros carry multiple providers per service class; rural counties carry the operator who actually works that county.

Major Corridors

I-10, I-20, I-35, I-40, I-70, I-75, I-80 and I-95. Heavy wrecker, mobile diesel and commercial tire at truck-stop density.

Metro Areas

Multiple providers per service class in major metros, so one busy operator never holds up a job.

Rural Reach

Longer distances quoted honestly and dispatched to the operator who covers the county, with mileage disclosed up front.

Alaska And Hawaii

Island and remote coverage through local providers, on the same dispatch desk with the same documentation.

For Accounts

Coverage is built ahead of your volume

  • Coverage assessment against your locations, lanes or book of business before we quote.
  • Gap build-out in regions where your program needs density we do not yet have, on a timeline we agree to.
  • Preferred destinations held on file by region: your yards, shops or dealers.
  • Provider identity on every event, so you always know who was on scene.

Request A Coverage Assessment

Send your locations, lanes or states. We will tell you where we are strong and where we would build.
