One dispatch desk, five kinds of program.
Fleets, insurers, motor clubs, dealerships and logistics carriers each need something different from a roadside program. The dispatch, the provider standards and the paperwork are the same for all of them. The scope, reporting and billing are built around the account.
Fleets
Unit-level reporting, tow-to-yard preferences and after-hours coverage for commercial and municipal vehicles.
Fleet programsInsurance
Benefit limits honored at dispatch, negotiated rates and claim-ready documentation.
Insurance programsMotor Clubs
Overflow, after-hours or full-program dispatch scripted to your member experience.
Motor club programsDealerships
Tow-to-dealer by default, courtesy roadside for sold units and warranty paperwork.
Dealership programsLogistics Carriers
Heavy-duty tow, diesel mechanic and tire service dispatched with the load in mind.
Carrier programsThe parts that never change
Whatever the program, these are the operating rules behind it.
- A live dispatcher takes every call. Five overlapping shifts on Central Time cover every hour of the year.
- Work is authorized before it is dispatched. Scope, destination and rate are confirmed by text or email and kept on the ticket.
- Providers are ours, not a directory's. Onboarded, verified, paid by us and removed from the network when they fail.
- The driver is kept informed. ETA, arrival and completion by text, in plain language.
- Every event is audited before it is billed. Timestamps, work order and photos are checked against what was authorized.
- Disputes are documented, not argued. Amounts are held, the record is reviewed and the resolution is written to the ticket.
